Feature requests

note: bottom-right is the seed number which would overlay over the image. Power users would love this kind of feature. Very useful info can be conveyed without any waste of real-estate. I think this would be useful for everyone really, including beginners who would eventually just pick up on the colour coding over time. If it's not understood then it will just be random pretty colours to someone, so it's not any detraction. With this system it doesn't really matter what the image actually is. It would be handy even to be able to have this on top of uploaded images. This could be a global toggle in the preferences or default behaviour.

If you usually use randomized seed it would be nice to see what random seed was used for the last section you created

In song details it should be possible for the creator to link to udio playlists, so that the listener could easily find similar songs.

Add the ability to upload a logo png file that can be placed on the song's cover art. It will make life easier for those creators who already have these, will make songs by the same person more easy to identify, and make it a bit harder to steal songs with their cover art

As someone who much prefer Inpaint to Edit, I want Inpaint to be more easily available, so that I don't have to search for a vital feature in an obscure part of the UI. Currently Edit is lacking some key features like multi-point selection and the Inpaint feature is preferable. However, the Inpaint feature is only available from the list view and not directly accessible when you have a given song opened. This is a small UI change, but in time I hope that Edit will be a better version for everyone.

I think stats would be a great addition, the stats will not be public, and only visible for yourself to delight the numbers. Member since, Songs created, Songs extended, Songs remixed, Time on the udio website, Listened songs, Time of listening to songs,

connect Udio to Rekordbox in the same way Beatport and other streaming services do.

Custom Sorting of Published Items for Visitors on our User Profile page Allow viewers who visit our Udio profile page to be able to sort the list of published tracks by [Most Likes] [Creator Defined (default)] [Most played] [Date created] [Length] As well as the option for Asscending and Decenting sorting order.

This is just the better way forward imo. For learning and helping people. If everything is shown to everyone as default. But give the creator the option / ability to hide everything also.
