Accessibility-tool issues

We can't tick off songs to move them to the trash bin or to another folder. The new tagging works but only for one pick. The old function came in useful to mark several songs at once. Would be appreciated to bring it back.

The UI for Waveform selections should ideally be standardized across all generation types. ie the remix, inpaint, crop/extend and trim waveforms. And this helps a lot with accessibility too, as the time-stamp boxes are crucial on all waveforms for accessibility purposes. But then, they're also completely useful and wanted for all users. I do not understand really why they are a seperate thing or seperate accsessibility functionality at all... Ideal functionality to have is: Time stamps, that are editable and able to be altered incrementally with a button (like Udio has in the extend accessibility options) Zoom functionality The playing of the track should ideally not restart if only the end point of the region selection is changed. A 3-way toggle. To decide how the track is to be played. all these options would be very useful: Play just the selected region (current behaviour) Play freely on the entire track wherever clicked. Play to and from the selection point (ie the inverse rest of the track that isn't in the selection region).

However, I am currently unable to access your platform due to an accessibility barrier caused by hCaptcha. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to resolve the issue. The Issue Whenever I encounter the hCaptcha verification on your platform: The audio challenge option is not present on the hCaptcha interface. As a visually impaired user, this makes it impossible for me to solve the captcha. I attempted to access hCaptcha's accessibility cookie by submitting my email address at their dedicated accessibility page, but the process fails with the error: • "An error has occurred, please try again." Steps I Have Taken Cleared my browser cache and cookies and ensured cookies and JavaScript are enabled. Tried solving hCaptcha challenges using different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) and devices (desktop and mobile). Visited hCaptcha’s accessibility page to request the accessibility cookie, but the form submission repeatedly fails. Verified that my screen reader (NVDA) and browser (Chrome) settings are optimized for accessibility. Despite these efforts, I am unable to bypass the hCaptcha and access your platform, leaving me blocked from using Udio AI entirely. Request I kindly request your assistance with the following: Provide an alternative way to access Udio AI without requiring hCaptcha verification. If possible, implement a bypass or manual verification for my account to enable me to continue using your platform. The library interfase is nearly unusable with screenreaders. Now, even activating accessible mode, the songs appear as draggables and not as interacting controls for the screen reader itself. There was a workaround when folders didn't exist: using list view to show songs and tree view to select lots of songs at once.

When I try to work with the library table views with VoiceOver, I'm unable to cycle through the elements of the table row for each song element by element. I can't, for instance, play the current row, like it, and even check it for deletion. This previously worked and as a blind user, this has broken the experience. I can't even listen to my existing creations because the play button's not showing up as something that VoiceOver can select. Can we please have the older view back when accessibility mode is enabled in preferences.

Obviously, this option should exist for vision impaired users, but when using Udio on my phone outside, it's impossible to read most of the text.

Right now the main "Create" button upon being pressed automatically queues generation of the auto-populated prompt. This behavior is not really one you see in any other AI or not service. My muscle memory expect for "Create" button to merely open a generation box/switch to the Creation tab. In the bare minimum, please add an option to disable one button generation.

As a person who uses a screen reader due to vision impairment, I would like to see the remixing time selection and in-painting features be made accessible when using keyboard navigation and screen reading software. I discovered the accessibility mode in preferences one day when I checked them because I thought some didn't stick, and found that the cropping feature when extending was made usable because I can stop the player and find what time I am at and use that in the two boxes to work with these features. They used to be just four controls that spoke the word graphic for me that I couldn't enter anything into before this mode was put in. However, the similar time selection option when remixing doesn't appear to work the same, as I can't find a way to adjust it the same way with four controls that just say graphic that I can't enter anything into. I would suggest that this could possibly be made to work similarly. As for the in-painting feature, I'm not sure if something similar might work for the parts one needs to select to do this. I understand that putting 3 stars before and after the corrected lyrics should ideally change that part, but if one can't define the time frame it should look in, it ends up slightly changing the beginning of the song instead.
