Only rating the songs is not enough for good productivity.
In the jungle of the songs that we have, we need this as the best option:
  • 1-3 or 1-5 colored stars for personal rating the song. This has to be in the song line and direct accessible with a single mouse click. Default is no star colored, but grey.
  • at least two symbols to mark a song in the song line (for "later edit", "special song", "need rework" etc). The symbols for this marking we could choose from the preferences and should be individually setable. These symbols have to be also in the song line and accessible with as single mouse click.
  • possibility to leave a note to a song. A post-it symbol should appear in the song line when the note is present. And also there must be a symbol to activate the note (pen).
But dont hide these functions in a menu to kill our time opening menus but place them small, but big enough in the song line (where the "extend, create and remix buttons are).
And all these things must be available to choose in the filter/search mask. So we have to be able to display later in the list only 3 stars songs or only the songs with a note available or with a rework symbol active.
