I agree with the pencil-icon, on hover, suggestion myself. Just anything that has in-line renaming really. Could certainly add rename to the context menu popup as well.

Right now, I hardly bother renaming sections because it takes me to a whole different screen and interrupts my work. This would make it so much easier to keep track of things.

Maybe a little Pencil-icon next to the title. I'd like to see a renaming option right in the Extension Window as well, Right were it says "Original Track", so all Extensions get automatically named with the new name and the Original's name is changed.
