When extending a song, I will often generate many new extensions. I listen to the latest extension to decide whether it should be included in the final song. Often, I will have multiple candidate branches that will take the song in a different direction. The only way to easily mark those critical deviations is with a heart, or by tediously renaming songs and managing folders. I'd like it if you could add a visual label or icon to a song that would stay with the song for future generations. Imagine, instead of simply like a track with a heart, I could choose from several icons, like a star. When working multiple branching versions of a candidate song, I would easily be able to differentiate which extension belonged to which song. This would greatly streamline the process of working on two or more separate versions of a song.
