I agree with Goro, it is so noticeable. The big disappointment. It seems that this is the way how to "gently" force people to pay.

For most people, it is difficult to discern the difference between 192kbps and 320kbps MP3, and 192kbps is sufficient to ensure good sound quality. If you are looking for high-quality audio, WAV files are a better choice than 320kbps MP3 files.

Why 192 kbps? Not 256 kbps?. I just found out today. Normally i don't like to complain, but this change was kinda sneaky.

I don't want WAV files. They're huge. A 30 second chunk alone is 6mb. This is the choice between 140p and 8k I just want MP3 files that actually fit in storage devices and aren't of lower quality than a standard MP3.

Higher (original) resolution WAV files are available for our Standard and Pro subscribers, but re the MP3... we felt we hit the right balance, since the reduced bitrate is generally not discernible for most people using most speakers / headphones, and it enables us to speed up generations for all our members.
